Job Summary

Responsible for developing and executing federal regulatory policy and strategy and for advocating the interests of the company, its customers, and its stakeholders before federal regulatory and administrative agencies.

Job Description

  • Protecting and advocating the company’s interests regarding current or proposed federal regulatory issues that could have material financial impacts.
  • Identify and monitor the key regulatory requirements and government oversight that will impact the business. Determine ability to influence future regulation. 
  • Interface and negotiate with federal authorities and regulatory authorities.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with national/federal officials.
  • Provide lobbying support and analysis, engage in selective lobbying efforts.
  • Defend the company in FCC investigations and enforcement actions, draft formal complaints and responses to complaints.


  • Juris Doctor from accredited law school
  • 10 Year’s Experience


Bachelors or Equivalent
