Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing executive, with a strong digital skillset.

The Marketing Executive will focus on supporting our digital marketing activity, working closely with colleagues across EMEA and in the US to manage, track and report on our webpages and campaign-specific pages. The role will be part of the Pan-EMEA marketing team, responsible for managing the content and execution of our webpages and digital marketing assets for the region, in multiple languages and for multiple technology portfolio areas as we continue to grow and align our web presence.

The position will help deliver our digital-first marketing strategy and to support digital marketing activity for campaigns, events and to drive greater online visibility through SEO. The successful candidate will have strong digital marketing technology skills, and is confident executing and reporting with Marketo, Google Analytics, and Salesforce.

The role will also help execute digital elements of global marketing initiatives in EMEA and will collaborate closely with the global marketing team based in the US.

Building and reporting on campaign elements in Marketo/HTML

Co-ordinating with US/global team on regional web and micro sites

Managing reporting for digital activity

SEO and Google analytics

Monitoring digital performance to recommend optimisation

Comms, collaboration and planning cross-team



Role and responsibilities

  • Responsible for EMEA digital marketing activity and presence, managing updates to regional microsites and EMEA regional websites sites
  • Creates and executes basic campaign elements in Marketo, and uses it to generate reporting and performance insight
  • Manage a regular cadence of reporting on digital activities and campaign performance in Marketo and through Google Analytics
  • Work with internal and external agencies to oversee delivery, ensuring updates are managed in a timely manner according to budget
  • Proactively keeps stakeholders informed and engaged, whether leading or contributing to a programme
  • Monitors digital performance and makes recommendations for change to optimise performance; encourages a test-and-learn approach
  • Collaborates across the business with marketing teams in EMEA and the US, being the EMEA primary point of contact for global digital teams
  • Maintain a close attention to detail, even in a fast-moving environment


  • Proven experience working in a digital marketing capacity
  • Highly proficient user of Marketo and basic HTML
  • Proficient user of Google Analytics and Salesforce
  • Experience of supporting successful SEO strategy
  • Strong, clear communication skills; an ability to build rapport quickly with individuals across varying locations
  • Ability to work as part of a remote team that includes a diverse range of cultures and working styles
  • Understanding of B2B marketing. Technology or telecom sector experience desirable, but not essential
