Job Summary

The Territory Support Sales Associate assists Field Sales Executives in achieving their sales quota and customer retention targets. The role involves Pre and Post sales efforts to aid completing the sales process in an efficient and accurate manner.

Job Description

  • Assist CenturyLink Field Sales Executives in the sales process
  • Provide presales support in the management of systems and processes to ensure that quotes are generated and proposals are submitted
  • Work with Field Liaisons to ensure that orders are entered, approved and booked in a timely fashion
  • Provide customer facing support in concert with the rep, the Project Manager, and the Client Service Partner
  • Review and interpret client needs to execute on the ordering process
  • Assist CenturyLink Field Sales Executives in meeting preparation including scheduling, agenda creation, material assimilation, meeting documentation and action item follow up
  • Assist with pricing, legal and order processing during renewal process
  • Act as Subject Matter Experts with respect to the ordering process to provide direction and support for internal and external parties
  • Participate in sales meetings on weekly basis to discuss all account requests and support needs
  • Conduct meetings with service management on a weekly basis to discuss client


  • 1-2 years’ experience in a Business environment
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills a must
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft desktop applications including Word and Excel
  • Self-starter, who is results oriented, entrepreneurial and resourceful
