Job Description

These positions are part of our North America Operations and Product Development and Technology business units, and can include a rotation in the following areas: Network Planning, Network Implementation (Engineering and Construction), Service Assurance, Operations Planning and Strategy, Field Operations, Service Delivery and Advanced Services. Also, for Technology, Digital Platform Development, Technology Planning, Network Architecture and Security, Product and Services Strategy, Shared Network and IT Services, Information Technology and IT and Technology Governance.

Job assignments range in length, 12 to 18 months, dependent upon mastering the skills of the job and your performance. At the end of the rotational program, the employee and their leaders will meet to determine final placement based on the employee’s desire and the needs of the business.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in: Business, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Telecommunications or similar field of study

• Minimum 3.0 GPA

• Able to complete project assignments within discipline on time and within budget

• Software development skill-set (preferred)

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications

Masters or Equivalent
