Job Summary

The purpose of the TA Operations group is to work across TA, its partners, and stakeholders to ensure best-in-class recruiting processes, systems, and tools are in place for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates. The Talent Acquisition Operations Analysts will work on daily operations initiatives, in 5 key operational areas. This role will report to the Manager of TA Operations and will play an integral part in driving TA initiatives and promoting continuous process improvements.

Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst role is broad in scope, an environment where self-starters and curious learners will thrive! There will be a dedicated focus on 5 main operational areas, with development opportunities to support all of them:

Budget Management & Planning

Will be responsible for assisting the Manager of TA operations in preparing financial forecasts, end of quarter budget reviews and planning.  

Will aid in the reconciliation of actuals to budget for EOM/EOQ/EOY.

Use SAP to reconcile accounts and provide readouts to the Manager of Talent Acquisition upon request.

Assist with tracking all flexible/contractual spend and researching expenses as needed.

Compliance & Audit

Will monitor data compliance and integrity by following processes for monitoring, testing, and auditing TA data. Data will be tracked and audited out of the SAP SuccessFactors system.  

May acts as the liaison/POC between TA and Legal for compliance research and audit requests.

Project Management

Will be asked to assist with driving improvements to overall hiring process and streamline current processes to optimize the various end user experiences, under the direction and guidance of the TA Operations Manager.

Will work alongside the TA Operations Manager on cross-functional projects to meet functional and overarching organizational goals.


Partners with the TA Operations Manager to develop new recruiter onboarding and training materials, in addition to continuous learning initiatives for the entire TA team (ex. Organizing Vendor trainings on recruiter tools).

Will organize and maintain a SharePoint site of training resources relevant to TA members to ensure effectiveness among the team and drive operational excellence.

The Manager will function as the hub for developing materials to distribute to other organizations, in alignment with current projects or initiatives. The analyst will assist with “needs analysis” and work through corporate or organization channels to distribute information



-       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or other relevant concentration and/or related experience.

-       A critical thinker who can clearly and concisely communicate and influence decisions with data and logic.

-       Candidates with a natural bend towards learning and who are self-motivated will be the most successful in this role.

-       Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet or exceed deadlines in an ambiguous, ever-changing environment.

-       Analytical mindset and time management skills will be essential to a high performer in this role.

-       A track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, and attention to the littlest details.
