Job Summary


A Senior analyst supports orchestration of programs and initiatives that have a wide-reaching broad impact for the Pega product and Consumer Contact Center business, understands and executes within the broader organizational framework, and can prioritize and delegate throughout the business well to achieve the overall product. Knowledge of Pega, product management, and strong business acumen. Applies advanced principles, theories, and concepts.

Job Description


  • Maintains expert knowledge of Pega system and strong business acumen for the Consumer Contact Center
  • Drive and manage the ongoing development of the Pega Next Best Action tool
  • Work across multi-functional departments (training, technology, compliance) to define business process, design and configure Pega Decisioning solutions
  • Supports prioritization and grooming of backlog covering new offers, propositions, strategies, and capabilities. Writes user stories in CA/Rally based on issues/enhancements
  • Support rollout and adoption of the Next Best Action tool to users
  • Support ongoing sustainment of the Pega retention platform and expansion to other Consumer channels (Care, Digital, Retail etc.)
  • Assists with operational reporting and performance measurement of the Next Best Action tool. Supports preparation of weekly operational reports for Senior leadership
  • Lead and/or support Pega Governance meetings including change advisory board
  • Lead and/or support SIT and UAT activities
  • Advise and troubleshoot Pega platform related issues




  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related experience
  • Knowledge of Pega software & functional design using Pega.
  • 3+ years’ experience with the Pega product
  • Strong data analysis skills, developing insights, and presenting findings
  • Experience in Agile development methodologies (SCRUM)
  • Experience with a broad range of technologies, strategies, products and their application to business services
  • Excellent oral, written, documentation skill,
  • Experience in Agile development methodologies (SCRUM)




  • Pega certification is a plus
  • PMP certification
  • Executive reports and presentations
  • Communications industry experience supporting contact centers
