Descripción del empleo 
Será responsable de llevar adelante la estrategia de producto conjuntamente con  el cumplimiento del Budget, viabilizando soluciones de la línea de producto. Atendiendo a las demandas de los clientes conjuntamente con el Account Manager, entregando la oferta de acuerdo a una fecha limite pactada. Deberá difundir las cualidades y capacidades de los productos de la línea para incrementar el conocimiento de la fuerza de ventas y los clientes asignados incentivando la venta de todos los productos. 

 

Responsabilidades: 
•En la etapa de preventa, brindará el soporte técnico y de producto para entender los requerimientos del cliente. Será el contacto técnico principal de preventa para el Account Manager y los clientes asignados. 
•Definirá y diseñará una solución adecuada, utilizando las alternativas de productos y servicios disponibles por la compañía. En equipo con los AM, establecerá una comunicación efectiva con el personal técnico del cliente acerca de asuntos relacionados con los productos de la línea y las tendencias de la industria. 
•Será responsable del pricing de la cotización, maximizando el revenue y asegurando la rentabilidad y repago de la inversión (Capex) previstas por la compañía. 
•Atenderá consultas técnicas del cliente orientadas a un mejor aprovechamiento de los servicios instalados o que puedan generar nuevas demandas de servicios. 
•Realizará un risk assesment de la oportunidad, con un gap análisis y un plan de mitigación 
•Será responsable de la cartera de clientes, trabajando proactivamente para la renovación de los contratos existentes, con más servicios, minimizando las bajas 

 

Requisitos: 
•Ingeniero en Telecomunicaciones, sistemas, electronica, o similar. 
•Experiencia mínima de tres años en empresas del sector en funciones similares. 
•Ingles: nivel intermedio 
•Conocimientos en : data protocols, equipment, technologies (ip, mpls, ethernet, sdh, fiber, microwaves, satellite).
