Job Summary


Tax analyst to assist in the preparation and review of income tax calculations and compliance obligations.

Job Description



  • Prepare corporate income, franchise, and gross receipts tax return filings
  • Strong technical working knowledge of corporate taxation in complex multi-jurisdictional corporation
  • Ability to identify automation opportunities and implement identified strategies
  • Exceptional ability to develop and use collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals
  • Perform state research and planning for income taxes including state conformity
  • Liaison with accounting, tax accounting, and treasury departments to obtain and analyze necessary tax information
  • Respond timely to notices received from state and local taxing authorities
  • Assist audit team with income tax audit requests
  • Prepare and assist with various components of state tax provision with technical understanding of ASC 740
  • Assist in preparation of apportionment and state modification adjustments
  • Understanding of tax reform and state implications of these changes
  • Other duties as assigned





  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 3 years multi-state and local and federal tax experience or the equivalent in training and education
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Analytical skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Computer related skills (i.e. Excel, Alteryx, Tableau, etc.)
  • Ability to interact with others
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
