Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate talent advisor to join our executive & corporate talent acquisition team. This person will lead the executive recruiting efforts; including introducing strategies and best practices to source, attract, screen, recruit and select high caliber candidates for executive level roles.  It will be essential for the individual to establish and nurture effective working relationships with our C-level team and create a talent pipeline for existing and future director and above needs. The ideal candidate will come with an established pipeline of executive level talent and will have the resident skills and characteristics needed to interact with confidence and will also have demonstrated results influencing executive level hiring leaders. Thriving in ambiguity, key relationship building and learning agility will be critical competencies in this role.   

Job Description

  • Lead the talent advisor and acquisition process for executive-level sourcing, screening and selection of top talent.
  • Leverage social and professional networking to identify and source candidates and create contacts within the industry.
  • Maintain positive partnerships with clients and internal colleagues.
  • Ensure effective interviewing techniques are being utilized by hiring managers. 
  • Ensure talent acquisition processes are being followed and collect all necessary documentation from hiring managers to ensure corporate and government compliance.
  • Must be productive with limited direction and supervision. 
  • This individual will be a brand ambassador and culture champion of CenturyLink’s Unifying Principles. 

Qualifications

  • Fully seasoned executive recruiter with 8+ years professional experience and Bachelor's Degree or equivalent exp; Master's Degree preferred
  • Passionate about sourcing, engaging and recruiting for executive-level talent
  • Must have innate focus on white-glove treatment to hiring leader and candidate to create an overall positive experience
  • Demonstrated experience with work prioritization and process improvement skills
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • The selected individual will enjoy the benefits of working from our Broomfield Colorado campus where a good majority of our executives reside.  This will encourage daily face-to-face interactions to nurture and enhance critical relationships and decision-making
