Job Summary

The HR Coordinator works in the HR Shared Services team responsible for the day-to-day HR operations through efficient, scalable and high quality HR processes.
Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external HR customers (incl. benefits providers) in many HR matters.

Job Description

Accountable for the data integrity for the HRIS systems including SAP/SuccessFactors and personnel records for all employees in EMEA. Ensure data entries are consistent and up to date at all times.

Responsible for the operational support for the less complex pre-, active , and post-employment activities in EMEA, referring more complex issues to senior colleagues.

Respond to inquiries from all EMEA internal and external HR customers (incl. benefits providers) via the HRconnect ticketing portal in all standard pre-, active-, and post-employment matters. Refer more complex issues to senior colleagues as appropriate. Respond in a timely manner to phone or email inquiries and requests.

Communicate on a daily basis with employees and vendors in regards to the functions of the position. Communicate regularly with internal customers including Benefits, Payroll, Employees, Performance Management Team, HRBPs, Training, Legal and Management, referring more complex issues to senior colleagues.

Qualifications

* Experience of HR administration with a good understanding of the roles in the HR department, incl. understanding of pensions and benefits administration including liaison with external suppliers.

 

*Understanding of some employment legislation across EMEA.

* Fluency in English, with additional languages preferred.

* Familiarity with HR systems (manual and computerized).
