Job Summary

Nos encontramos en busqueda de un Tech Customer Support para trabajar junto al equipo de Customer Operations creando experiencias satisfactorias a los clientes (tanto externos como internos) de Centurylink, diseñando soluciones de ingeniería a problemas de servicio relacionados con la infraestructura de red o ante requerimientos específicos y pertinentes de cambios de tipo lógico. Para ello deberá desarrollar relaciones productivas basadas sobre una marcada vocación de servicio.

  • Sera responsable por brindar apoyo activo a las áreas que presentan interfaces directas con el cliente: Ventas, Sales Eng. Y fundamentalmente TSC.
  • Será responsable por ejecutar los pedidos de cambio de tipo lógico requeridos por el cliente.
  • Liderará situaciones de diagnóstico complejo o ambiguo en el que deba configurarse un equipo multidisciplinario, incluyendo la contención, coordinación e información con el cliente.

 

Buscamos personas que cuenten con los siguientes requisitos:

  • Experiencia en posiciones similares, teniendo contacto directo con el clientes en la industria de las telecomunicaciones.
  • Experiencia en el manejo de problemas de clientes y en la comprensión del impacto del problema en el negocio de los clientes.
  • Ingeniero en Telecomunicaciones
