Job Summary

  • Forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning
  • Deep understanding of revenue growth drivers
  • Convert growth drivers into short term revenue forecasts
  • Develop mid and long-range strategic plans
  • Ensure GTM strategies support growth expectations
  • Incorporate external market factors into planning cycles
  • Partner with the business unit executive to manage the budget and supporting activities
  • Decision Support on initiatives and investments
  • Evaluate capital and resource investments; provide recommendations
  • Track business case results with a closed loop to forecast and budget
  • Assess corporate initiatives for impact (+/-) to the business unit forecast
  • Performance analysis and management reporting
  • Produce Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) with scorecards
  • Perform analysis on all operating metrics and KPI’s
  • Results vs. budget with variance analysis and explanation
  • Evaluation of gap closure initiatives with tracking
  • Identify and drive profitability and cash flow improvements
  • Business unit and Route To Market (RTM) profitability
  • Return on Invested Capital (ROIC) analysis by business unit, RTM, and Market
  • Margin, EBITDA less CapEx by RTM, Market, and Product
  • Average Revenue Per User, Pricing, and Unit cost trend analysis
  • Drive process and organizational efficiency initiatives 

 

 

Required 

  • Bachelors’ degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 10+ years of related experience
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • Recognizable as a leader, possessing outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with a broad set of executives and constituencies
  • Strong results orientation with a demonstrated track record of success
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and independent environment
  • Ability to build and sustain high performing teams
  • Experience in liaising with multiple operational contacts at the executive and senior management levels
  • High degree of adaptability
  • Strong Excel, quantitative, and technical skills
  • Experience working for publicly held, US owned, global corporation
  • Ability to support multiple locations

Preferred

  • MBA, CPA, or CFA
  • SAP experience
