Job Summary

Working within the EMEA IP Service Activation team, the candidate will be responsible for the END-to-END delivery (design, configuration, test & turn-up) of complex managed and unmanaged IP solutions across the EMEA region. Working as an IP Provisioner, the candidate will be responsible for the design, test and deployment of Layer 2 and 3 customer Internet access solutions in existing and new markets across the CenturyLink Global Network. At all times ensuring the implementation meets customer expectations and business revenue requirements.

Job Description

Ensure ownership of each customer order by actively managing all inter-departmental interfaces, identifying risks and raising appropriate escalations or expedites to mitigate against these risks.

Manage customer orders to meet or exceed internal metrics, providing weekly reporting on order status to include jeopardy management and resolution.

Produce and verify customer service designs during order implementation. Designs will encapsulate network elements in addition to third party leased components.

Validate customer service design information within the provisioning/order entry databases, and initiate improvement and implementation plans for legacy customer service designs to maximise available network capacity and drive down expenditure on third party leased networks.

Ensure the veracity of customer service designs by completing standard testing including both network elements and third party leased components.

Identify chronic failures and implement relevant service improvement plans to ensure a long-term resolution of these failures.

HNC or higher in related discipline.
A minimum of CCNA (CCNP or CCIP preferred) or JNCIA/S.
Sound customer relationship management skills at all levels up to executive level.
Proven experience in delivering successful projects through virtual cross-functional teams as well as 3rd party contractors and external suppliers.
Has operated in an environment which required a detailed understanding of complex technologies.
Working in a Technical Environment.
Planning and Managing service delivery and Process Management.
