Job Description

  • Manage overall contract compliance and delivery of program requirements to the customer (monthly deliverables, contract modifications, program management reviews)
  • Establish and coordinate overall schedule and deliverables, ensuring the program is operating within established goals and all contract requirements are met.
  • Work within the Strategic Government ecosystem to evaluate and respond to request for proposals (RFPs) and assist with the strategic direction of the program
  • Interface with GSA Program Management Office and facilitate Integrated Project Team meetings.
  • Manage and evaluate operational process flows for new contract awards to ensure management of the award meets the deliverable requirements of the contract vehicle
  • Provide direction on unresolved issues
  • Resolve cross functional resource or prioritization issues as needed


  • Program Manager experience with proficiency in managing highly complex technical projects for federal government customers
  • Experience in running large scale, multimillion dollar telecom programs for the Federal Government
  • GSA IDIQ and GWAC contract experience with exceptional problem solving skills in challenging situations
  • Technical skills and experience in telecom products and services (voice, video and data)
  • PMP desired
  • Self-starter with strong work ethic
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Solid people skills with direct government customer contact experience
  • Government-related or large telecom project experience
  • Ability to adapt and adjust to changing priorities
  • Exceptional organization and scheduling skills
  • Multitasking skills with a high attention to detail
  • Proven leadership, management and teamwork skills


Bachelors or Equivalent in Business

Masters or Equivalent in Business
